Columbus Business First has compiled the 2014 version of its annual Fast Fifty, recognizing the fastest-growing private companies in Central Ohio. The annual program recognizes companies that have the largest average annual revenue growth from the previous three years. The information is compiled from nominations and certified for us by accounting firm GBQ Partners LLC.

Williams Interior Design works with clients to design interior spaces and offices that help people work more efficiently and harmoniously.
Williams Interior Design provides institutions such as Ohio State University, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Columbus City Schools, OhioHealth Corp. and others with a complete slate of services. Offerings include acting as project manager; completing delivery and installation of everything from chairs and desks to flooring and window treatments; and delivering furniture and space configurations to meet client needs.
Williams Interior Designs also is a dealer for dozens of office furniture lines. Earlier this year, the company landed a three-year extension of a national contract with Macy’s Inc. CEO Carolyn Williams with Macy’s since 2008 and has had the opportunity to expand its services to other projects within the Macy’s family. “The relationship our firm has had with Macy’s over the years has been a true joy,” she said. As a heart disease survivor, Williams-Francis was invited to speak at a Macy’s Go Red event for the retailing giant’s employees.
“The most important part of being a business owner for the past 29 years is developing great working relationships and partnerships with our clients,”Williams-Francis said, noting her firm has this type of relationship with several people thoughout Macy’s corporate division.
Extending with the relationship with Macy’s is also important to Williams-Francis on a personal note: “Growing up I shopped with my family at Lazurus, which of course is now Macy’s.”
